How To Spend 24 Hours in Philly

Ahhh.. the City of Brotherly Love. This was my second time visiting this beautiful city and I had less than 24 hours to explore and eat as many things as I possibly could. From Philly's "must-eats" to its most "Insta-worthy" locations, I somehow managed to fit a good amount within my limited time frame. I didn't get to do everything... had the government not shut down for the day I would've been able to enjoy a museum... but I'm not about to express my political thoughts. Anyways, I walked over 10 miles and pretty much hit every corner of the city. Philadelphia is diverse in the most beautiful way possible and I can't wait to be back.So without further ado, let's explore Philly shall we?11:45 AM: Arrive at Jefferson station12:15 PM: Walk towards the Philadelphia Museum of Art and accidentally find yourself participating in #WomensMarch20181:00 PM: Venture back towards Center City and immerse yourself in the infamous Reading Terminal Market. Omg, if I could eat everything there I would. Definitely stop by Tommy DiNic's for their roast pork sandwich, Miller's Twist for a buttery pretzel and Bassett's to satisfy your sweet tooth!1:45 PM: Attempt to walk off what you ate at Reading Terminal Market towards Old City where you'll stop by Betsy Ross's House and Benjamin Franklin's Grave before finally arriving at Elfreth's Alley to soak up the colonial New England vibes3:00 PM: Walk back towards Society Hill and Independence Mall where you can feel patriotic AF standing in the President's House and then channel your inner Nicolas Cage while admiring the Liberty Bell in the shadow of Independence Hall3:30 PM: Start heading down south and take a quick walking break at Washington Square4:00 PM: Decide that you're still hungry and walk all the way down to South Philly while repeatedly singing the theme song to "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" to yourself and then find yourself at the corner of 9th St & Passyunk Ave where you have to pick between Geno's Steaks and Pat's King of Steaks to get your "provolone wit"5:00 PM: Kill some time by window shopping on Market Street6:00 PM: Figure that you can go for one more meal and walk towards Chinatown to enjoy a delicious dinner for one6:30 PM: Your eyes were bigger than your stomach, so you take your food to-go and walk back towards the Philadelphia Museum of Art because you're determined to take a picture at the infamous "Rocky Steps"7:00 PM: Miraculously run up the "Rocky Steps" without getting winded or tripping over yourself to view the city at night. Absolutely gorgeous7:30 PM: Come to the conclusion that you're tired, bloated and ready to go home so back to Jefferson Station you goPhiladelphia, you were amazing once again.
